Project Overview

Raintree is a leading EMR software provider in the physical therapy industry, recognized for its dedication to rehabilitation and therapy solutions. With over 8,000 client locations and 50 million visits annually, Raintree aimed to broaden its influence by hosting TherapyCon, a trade show focused on physical therapy innovations. I joined Raintree in August 2025 as a full-time graphic designer, contributing to various projects, including TherapyCon 2025. My responsibilities included crafting a range of print and digital assets to enrich the event's visual identity.

Multiple smartphone screens displaying colorful event and survey promotional pages for TherapyCon, with themes including desert nights, city lights, and participant feedback.
Collection of digital screens displaying promotional content for a conference or event, including schedules, speaker information, and booking options, with a purple, orange, and yellow color scheme.
Collection of colorful social media posts and flyers for TherapyCon, featuring event information, book signings, and resources for therapy professionals, with a vibrant orange, purple, and yellow color scheme.

The Challenge

Raintree's established success in the physical therapy sector laid the groundwork for creating its own trade show. However, for the 2025 conference, they needed a cohesive set of visual assets to effectively support this endeavor, especially since it was the first event following the brand's complete visual relaunch in late 2024 and early 2025. The challenge was to design materials that not only reflected Raintree's established brand but also invigorated and engaged participants at TherapyCon.

The Solution

To meet Raintree's needs, we delivered an extensive suite of assets for TherapyCon 2025, ensuring a consistent and vibrant visual presence across all event materials.

  • Print and Digital Assets: We developed a diverse array of assets, including vertical ads for our app, engaging app feed/social posts, and pre-conference workbooks for speakers. Our team designed on-site TV slides and session slides to enhance the event experience. A highlight of the project was a unique sticker card challenge that guided attendees through the expo hall, encouraging exploration and interaction with top sponsors and vendors. This card included instructions, entry forms, and opportunities to win prizes, adding an interactive element to the event.

An exhibition booth or promotional display with an orange, purple, and white color scheme, featuring an entry form, event instructions, and images of electronic devices including headphones and a speaker.
Flyer with orange and purple backgrounds advertising therapy conference and app. Features images of smiling people, including a man in a suit and a woman at a booth, with various sections about opportunities, product innovation, and social media engagement.
A presentation screen shows an advertisement for downloading the TherapyCon app during a conference, with several attendees seated in front of the screen.
Multiple conference workbooks with purple, orange, and blue covers, titled 'Pre-Conference Workbook' for an event named THERAPYCON, featuring session topics and speaker names.
Open booklet showing purple cover with orange and white text, titled "Enhancing Patient Experience With Portals, Surveys, and Access" and speaker named Lisamarie Hugo, open pages display a report on referral source breakdown with instructions and notes.

The Outcome

The visual assets crafted for TherapyCon 2025 not only reinforced Raintree's brand identity but also effectively engaged attendees, highlighting the company's innovation and leadership in the physical therapy industry. The cohesive design established TherapyCon as a premier event in the field, and the assets are planned for future events, including TherapyCon 2026.
